Located within a distinguished Tribeca building, this 3,500-square-foot apartment was completely reimagined to bring greater architectural clarity, functionality, and refinement to everyday living. The renovation focused on correcting awkward sightlines and misaligned spaces, establishing a cohesive language of arches, custom millwork, and tailored detailing throughout. Inspired by the building's classical character, the interiors balance traditional architectural references with a more contemporary sensibility, resulting in a home that feels elegant, welcoming, and deeply connected to its setting.

The renovation begins with a reimagined entry sequence, transforming a series of awkward sightlines and misaligned walls into a more intentional arrival experience. Expanded storage, custom millwork, and a series of softly detailed arches establish a consistent architectural language from the moment one enters the home, while Venetian plaster walls and tailored detailing lend a sense of quiet refinement.
Designed as the heart of the apartment, the kitchen and dining spaces balance everyday functionality with a sense of occasion. Architectural openings create a natural progression between rooms, while richly veined Viola Monet marble, warm wood tones, and handcrafted details bring depth and permanence to the space.
Anchored by a Murano glass chandelier, the dining area introduces a sculptural focal point that echoes the home's broader dialogue between classical references and contemporary living.
Framed by a custom oak archway, the living room is conceived as a place for gathering, entertaining, and retreat. A wall-to-wall media cabinet integrates storage, display, and concealed technology within a single architectural gesture, while layered materials and soft drapery create a sense of calm against the scale of the open-plan interior.

The primary bedroom embraces a quieter and more intimate mood, balancing tailored millwork with a restrained palette of warm neutrals and soft blues. A custom headboard framed by moiré wallcovering creates a focal point within the room, while integrated storage and carefully selected furnishings reinforce a sense of order and ease.
Conceived as a continuation of the suite, the primary bathroom pairs expressive stone with a softer material palette to create a more immersive experience. Arabescato marble, Venetian plaster, and warm oak detailing work together to balance craftsmanship and comfort, resulting in a space that feels both elevated and restorative.
